at 6:30 PM Stagecoach Recreation Center
Our annual meeting was Monday, Jan. 23rd and due to the
lack of proxies, we were unable to meet quorum and hold our election
to vote in two new board members. Unfortunately, this means we will
have to postpone our annual meeting until March 2012 and ask for
homeowners to either plan on attending another meeting at the
clubhouse or to return their proxies (mail or drop off at the
clubhouse) so we can obtain quorum and vote.

Fining Hearing Committee Meetings
In the event you receive a violation letter from the Management
Company and world like to present your situation or circumstances to
the Fining Hearing Committee for review, regular meetings are
scheduled on the second Tuesday of the month.
